STRATOVARIUS: 'Maniac Dance' Video Posted Online

Finnish melodic metallers STRATOVARIUS have uploaded the video for their new single, "Maniac Dance", at their official web site. Check it out: Windows Media, Real Media.

The "Maniac Dance" clip was shot on April 15 in Helsinki by director and guitarist Timo Tolkki's old schoolmate Antti Jokinen (BEYONCÉ, WYCLEF JEAN, KORN, MISSY ELLIOT, NIGHTWISH, SHANIA TWAIN, CELINE DION). Photos from the video shoot can be found at this location.

"Maniac Dance" comes off STRATOVARIUS' new self-titled album, due in the U.S. on September 13 via Sanctuary.

STRATOVARIUS will be teaming up with INTO ETERNITY for a North American tour beginning in mid-September.
